Beef stir fry

Ingredients:

Beef thin stripes.. 500g
Ginger.. 1-2tsp
Garlic.. 1tbsp
Black pepper .. 1tsp
Salt.. to taste
Oil.. 100ml
Beef stock/water .. 300ml
Sweet chilli sauce.. 2tbsp
Cornstarch … 5tsp
Dark soy sauce… 100-120ml
Onion .. sliced
Carrots.. sliced
Bell pepper.. sliced

Procedure:

1. Cut steak into thin strips
2. Marinate with black pepper, salt, ginger and garlic for at least 30mins
3. Stir fry in frying pan and set aside
4. Sauté onion, carrots and bell pepper until lightly cooked but still crispy and set aside
5. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and salt, stir fry for few seconds, add beef stock and bring to boil
6. Add chili sauce and beef
7. Mix corn flour in water and add to sauce gradually till it reach consistency desired
8. Add soy sauce
9. Add sauté vegetables to sauce
10. Serve immediately
